Wire harness and cable assemblies
APC Manufacturing has extensive experience manufacturing wire harnesses and cable assemblies for a wide range of industries. Our capabilities allow us to work with automotive wires according to SAE J1128 standard such as GXL, TXL and SXL as well as UL standards UL1007, UL1015 and UL1569. We also supply wires for European specifications such as FLRY-A. In addition, we work with multi-conductor, coaxial and ribbon cables.
Electromechanical assemblies
APC Manufacturing partners with you to build assemblies such as instrument panels, control boxes and switches. We have the knowledge and expertise to understand customers' specifications and requirements to produce a customer designed assembly.
Battery cables
We are capable of manufacturing battery cables to power cars, trucks, tractors, industrial equipment, etc. We can work with any cable size from 4/0 to 6 AWG and all types of ring and battery terminals. Some of the cables currently supplied to our customers are SGX, SGT and UL1232.
