Andres Cisneros

Director of Operations / Owner

Andres has been working in the harness industry for 20 years. He has a BA in Industrial Engineering from Universidad La Salle and an MBA from Colorado State University. His extensive experience in the harness industry in the North American Market as well as his drive for excellence in product quality and customer service led him to start APC Manufacturing. His focus is on growth as well as developing strategic relationships with new and existing customers. Andres oversees operations of the company and strives to continue to maintain operational excellence. Andres believes that the employees are the most valuable part of APC Manufacturing this is why he has built a team based on respect, honesty, reliability, teamwork and open communication, and makes employee development a priority.

Miguel Diaz

Engineering Manager

Miguel has his Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering. He is certified in Core Tools and is working towards his Green Belt. Miguel has worked in the harness industry for 15 years in product development, product engineering as well as quality systems and control. He has been an integral part of the growth of APC Manufacturing for the last 10 years. He enjoys spending time with his family and exercising.

Martha Gomez

Human Resources Manager

Martha has a degree in Human Resources and a Masters in Organizational Development. She has been with APC for 7 years and implemented all HR processes through this time. She believes that teamwork, perseverance and empathy are values part of her every day work. Martha is dedicated, organized and makes her continuous learning a priority for her professional career. Martha enjoys raising her daughter and spending time with her parents.

Brenda Gonzalez

Purchasing Manager

With over 10 years of experience in strategic procurement management, Brenda has established herself as a leader in resource optimization, supplier negotiation and adherence to quality standards. Her degree in international Business has provided her with a focus on market diversification and securing commercial agreements for the benefit of the company. She is passionate about developing interpersonal skills and has fostered comprehensive growth within our organization.

Derek Puga

Logistics Coordinator

Derek holds a bachelor’s degree in international business from the University of Guanajuato, with over five years of experience in logistics, specializing in imports and exports. Throughout his career, Derek has managed customs processes, coordinated international shipments and ensured compliance with foreign trade regulations. His focus is on operational efficiency, optimization of logistics costs, and strengthening of the supply chain.

Victor Tafoya

Quality Coordinator

Víctor Tafoya is a Quality professional with over six years of experience in the electrical harness industry. During his career at APC, he has demonstrated excellent adaptability and versatility, earning a promotion from Quality Assistant to Coordinator. He is currently responsible for ensuring that APC’s operational processes meet the quality standards required by our clients, implementing continuous improvement actions that enhance our manufacturing processes.

Ivan Zacarias

Production Planning

Ivan is an Electromechanical Engineer and works as Planning and Production Coordinator. He is responsible for organizing daily production, reviewing performance indicators and supporting the production team. He enjoys the dynamic nature of the position and strives every day to improve the overall performance of the organization.
